Petronas Grease LiCa MG XHL is a smooth-textured, functional polymer based dual thickened lithiumcalcium, resilient ultra-heavy duty grease of NLGI 2 consistency, which combines the performance advantages of both lithium and calcium greases. It boasts exceptional Extreme Pressure (EP) additives, outstanding film thickness enhancement through advanced polymer technology to reinforce boundary lubrication scenarios built around a high viscosity base oil, oxidation, rust and corrosion inhibitors and is fortified with proprietary dual solid friction reduction additives. Ultimate wear protection, water washout and spray off resistance, along with enhanced rust inhibition. Outstanding at low temperatures and provides prolonged life in demanding applications at elevated temperatures. Predominantly used in applications requiring extraordinary heavy duty grease for long-term use in equipment with an operating temperature range of -20ºC to 120ºC.
Whilst it is generally compatible with all lithium based greases, advice should be obtained before mixing it in applications containing other greases.

Petronas Grease LiCa MG XHL recommended for use as chassis grease and it is dynamic for “off-road” applications in civil engineering (pin and bush) and agriculture. Further applications include lubrication of industrial plain and anti-friction bearings where severe or shock loads are experienced. Exceptional in applications involving oscillating or limited relative motion, where fretting corrosion is likely to occur. Unrivalled performance in constant velocity joints (CVJ), machine tools, vibrating shafts and sliding mechanisms such as Pin and Bushes. Tried and tested in severe environments. Dominant for a range of OEM’s such CAT, Bell, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Liebherr and Komatsu. Operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C.
